Birmingham Centre for Inclusive Living

Birmingham Centre for Inclusive Living is a third sector organisation and registered charity. It is run and managed by disabled people. It aims to work in partnership with disabled people across Birmingham to support and develop the aspirations of individual disabled people (partners) towards independent and inclusive living.

Our ways of working are firmly based and spring from a detailed understanding of The Social Model of Disability and the Twelve Requirements for Independent Living has been developed by BCIL into a framework for working with our partners and providing one measure by which we assess our effectiveness.

We are city wide but based in Prospect Hall, 12 College Walk, Selly Oak. Birmingham. B29 6LE
